Xemnas is the first member of the organization 13 while Xion makes special number 14 right behind Roxas. Xion was created from Sora's memories while having young Kairi's face due to Sora's last thoughts of her before his deep sleep. Xion is still unique while still being made up of two other characters. Xion still has her own thoughts, emotions, pain, sufferings, bliss, happiness, free will not bond to Sora's and much more. When it comes to Xemnas she fights to reclaim who she once was and remove the sigil bond the "X' that Xemnas gives to the 14 Organization members.
