Understand how to test your water hardness.

Directions:
1. Dip the test strip in the water tank before placing it into the machine.
2. If your water hardness is either four or five when tested, we strongly recommend that you change to an alternate filtering water source as this might affect the coffee flavour.
3. It is important to remember not to use any distilled water or water with zero or low mineral content as this will affect the taste of your coffee and the functionality of your machine
