Miss Universe 2023: Dark Horse & Underrated Contenders TPN#69

The last couple of years at Miss Universe have seen a few pleasantly surprising placements to go along with some shock exclusions. So, for the 72nd Miss Universe which is just getting underway in El Salvador, who are the dark horse contenders that may just pull those surprises?

I’ve picked out 10 delegates who may well find themselves in the semifinals - or even better - without a strong sash or a massive amount of hype surrounding them.
