What DIFFERENCE do Assists REALLY Make in Forza Motorsport?

I can drive Kyalami very consistently, so do any of these results surprise you as they did me? I must say seeing the difference between TC (On) + ABS (On) and the other laps I'd run first was the biggest surprise. However, the ABS/Traction Control (Sport)/Stability Control (Sport) being all within a few hundredths of a second seems to suggest those don't really make much negative difference to your driving performance. The times were too close there to come up with a clear conclusion.

Full Stability Control set to "On" rather than "Sport" was extremely restrictive and a clear outlier in the results that you probably shouldn't bother with.
