Hello and welcome to my XCOM 2 I/L how to guide. This is a guide that seeks to explain to newer players how to transition to the Legendary Ironman difficulty. Whether you're a Commander, Veteran, or even Rookie level player, I hope this series teaches you how to move up to the harder difficulties that you may see many other players talk about.

Gatecrasher is one of the more difficult early missions in the game because you are stuck with 4 rookies who can only consistently get 85% aim at best. Even though this mission is slightly RNG based, it isn't too bad because its the first mission so you can restart as many times as you wish. However, for those of you struggling to get past this mission without any deaths, this video will show you some quick simple steps to (hopefully) get you through flawlessly.
