In this video, I work on my surface smoothing and color blending skills. It's always good to practice! I think this is the smoothest project I've done yet! I'm also very happy with the gradient! It helped that my wool colors were so similar! I thought that a little beet guy would be a perfect project to work on these skills. This smooth needlefelted surface was very time consuming, but definitely worth it. I think people have a lot of different ways to achieve these smooth surfaces, but this shallow, angled stabbing method worked for me! Try it out and let me know what you think!
