LAAP PA TONG (LAAP FEATHER FISH)

INGREDIENTS :
Feather fish (Pa tong)

FERMENTED FISH BROTH
(Nam padeak tom)
4-5 cup Water
1/4 cup Fermented fish sauce

HERBS :
Cilantro
Culantro
Green onion
Mint
Vietnamese coriander
4 Kiffir lime leaves, minced
4-5 Galangal slices, minced

SEASONING INGREDIENTS :
1 tsp MSG
2 tbsp Toasted rice powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt

Serve with sticky rice and vegetables. Please feel free to adjust seasonings to your liking.
