The exterior features over 20 modifications including a 5-inch chop, shaved door handles, one-piece hood, and a heavily modified bed borrowed from a 1989 GM pickup. All work was performed at the highest level and is now covered in a sleek coat of white GM-spec paint. Under the hood, a shaved firewall and custom inner fenders frame a dressed 305 cubic inch V8 that produces roughly 300 horsepower thanks to additions like the Edelbrock intake and carb. A Pertronix ignition system provides spark while spent exhaust gases exit through ceramic coated headers and a polised stainless exhaust system with Edelbrock mufflers. Behind the small block, a Turbo-Hydramatic 350 takes care of shifting duties, sending power back to a 10-bolt posi rear end that's fitted with 3.25 gears. A Heidts-updated Mustang II front-clip keeps the front end off the ground while new leaf springs and shackles support the rear. Power rack-and-pinion steering and power front disc brakes round out the hardware. 17-inch American Racing wheels cap off the look. Inside, a custom white leather interior makes room for Classic Instruments gauges, a Jensen stereo, Vintage Air conditioning and heat as well as power windows.
