2 cups full fat milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp spiced chai blend ( Luxmi Estate)
1 cup water
—- Cooking—-
Bring the water to a roaring boil
Turn off the heat and add the tea
Brew for 3-5 min then strain
Now heat the milk and condensed milk
Simmer for 10-15 min and wait to reduce to half.
Stir every 2 min and once the malai is collected. Keep it aside
Mix 1 cup of thick milk with 1 cup of chai and top with malai
——Butter Cookie Recipe—-

70 gm flour - 9tbsp
50 gm butter (Softened, just slightly cool) - 3.5 tbsp
20 gm sugar (powdered) - 2.5 tbsp
1 tbsp milk (optional, only add if the dough is dry)
2 tbsp of chopped cashew

Whisk the butter and sugar till it starts to turn creamy and white
Add the flour
Fold with a spatula
Slightly press to form a dough and add milk only if needed
Wrap the dough with a plastic film and chill in fridge for 30 min
Roll the dough into a sheet and cut with a cookie cutter
Roll the remaining dough again and cut the shape
Bake for 12-15 min at 170 degree celsius or air fry for 9-10 min at 150 degree Celsius
