This is my own Version of Preparing the Traditional BINIGNIT OR Bilo Bilo.you can find the Ingridients and Steps on cooking it Below.

BINIGNIT

INGREDIENTS

COCONUT MILK- 1 and 1/2 Big sized of coconut let it grind or Coconut milk in canned can be use also.

PILIT/Bigas na Malagkit- Sticky Rice 3/4

Saging na Saba/Banana 1kg.
Kamote /sweet potato 1/2 kg.
Ube 1/4 kg.
Lutya 1/4 kg.
Langka/Jackfruit 1/2 kg.
Sago sa Nepa / Palm Coconut Pearl
Colourful Sago/Pearls
Brown Sugar 1/2 kg.
Small amount of Condense Milk- by your choice
Peanuts can also be added but on this video I did not have peanuts.

Cooking Steps
Preparing Milking the Coconuts/Pigain ang Nyog.
Put a 1/2 cup water on it and do the first Squeeze.
And After put 1 cup of water on the Coconut and do the Second Squeeze in another Container and set aside.

Mag Piga ng Nyog dalawang Beses and una 1/2 cup ng tubig at Pigain pagka tapos pag yan ulit ng 1 cup na tubig at Pigain ulit sa ibang lalagyan tapos set aside na.

Put the PILIT /Malagkit /Sticky rice into a Bowl/Pot together with second coconut Squeeze milk.Ilagay ang Malagkit sa Kaldero o saan Kamba magluluto kasama ng Ikalawang Piga ng Nyog.set aside only DONT COOK IT YET.

Cut and Wash the following into small pieces or cubes
Banana
Ube
Lutya
Jackfruit/Langka
Kamote/Sweet potato
And set aside

You can Pre Boil the
Ube
Lutya
Because they take long time to be cooked

When all the Ingredients are Gathered and Complete then time to start cooking.

Put the Set aside Pot with Sticky rice on it together with the Second Squeeze Coconut milk on it.Isalang na ang na set aside na Malagkit sa loob ng Kaldero kasama ng pangalawang Piga ng Nyog.
Finally we can start the fire to let it start for boiling.Pwede na lutuin para kumulo.

You can also start putting Ingredients
Kamote /Sweet Potato
Langka/Jackfruit
Ube already Boiled
Lutya already boiled
Saging /Banana
Nepa Sago
Colourful Sago


Then let it shimmer/ pakuluin
Cook it for 30-40 minutes and Always mix it to Avoid Burnings the lower part of it and for Perfect Consistency

Laging I Mix Para d Masunog ang Ilalim
At Perfect ang Grano ng Gata at malagkit

When it’s soft already
Put the First Squeeze Coconut milk
Ilagay ang Unang Biga ng Gata
1/2 Brown Sugar

And Mix it Properly
Let it Boiled abit then Your Ready to Serve.
