I traveled from Bangkok to Siem Reap and I found the cheapest way possible. It's a $1.50 train ride from Bangkok to Ban Kong Luk Border Station, and then a $10 taxi ride from Poipet to Siem Reap. How awesome is that. You won't find it cheaper anywhere.
