Electronic waste (e-waste) continues to be a major source of terrestrial pollution, of which many Kenyans are unaware. There is however hope for the future of e-waste management with the emergence of a young entrepreneur who has made it his goal to not only effectively manage and recycle this waste, but to educate and sensitize society about it.

Meet Bonnie Mbithi-a young Conservation Entrepreneur who is the CEO of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Centre (WEEE Centre), an e-waste company and pioneer champion of e-waste management in Africa. Join us, as he shares his conservation story and his innovative, entrepreneurial approach to environmental stewardship.

Uvumbuzi Africa continues to shed the spotlight on young men and women making an impact in the conservation space, aimed at steering support to their laudable efforts and inspiring a sense of global responsibility to conserving the natural environment that sustains us.
