5 DAY KETO EGG FAST RESULTS | HOW TO DO AN EGG FAST | EGG FAST RECIPES. So super excited about sharing my results with you guys from the 5 day egg fast I just did! I seriously loved it and it was exactly what I needed to get myself back on track after a very challenging week last week and even seeing a gain on the scale. I also am sharing some egg fast recipes with you that helped make these 5 days super simple! I never got sick of eggs until the very last day and even then, I wasn't dreading them.
