Combine with tarte's eyelash curler to create massive volume, boundless length, and extreme curl with one pump and coat.How do I use it: Using a mirror, place the open curler on bare lashes, getting as close to the base of the lashes as possible. Gently squeeze the handles near the root of the lashes and hold in place for a few seconds. Gently release the curler before pulling away to avoid pulling lashes.
