Send Push Notifications with Database Webhooks

In the previous video (   • React Native Push Notifications with ...  ) we learned how to send push notifications with ‪@ExpoDevelopers‬ and Supabase Edge Functions. In this video we're putting this together with Database webhooks to send push notifications upon inserting a new row into a notifications table.
