Background: The leather on the gear lever in my 2010 Grand Scenic had worn and peeled off, leaving a nasty texture, so a replacement was needed.

Note: The new gear knob i used was from a new Renault Master van, so was plastic and not leather, but the procedure is the same

Car: 2010 Renault Grand Scenic
Should be the same process on other cars fitted with the same style gear knob like the Megane, Laguna, etc..
