No lock even if electrical function is good. This video shows the converter trying to fully lock up ( tcc amps 0.4 -0.6) engine speed and input should be same..... in 5th gear.

Unfortunately on the rack it was locking up and on the road converter was slipping roughly 200 rpm engine / input rpm.

Culprit was a bad input drum. Slight crack

Video part 2 shows proper reading with new input drum.
