Kingdom Come: Deliverance walkthrough: How to escape Talmberg with horse and armor! NO LOCKPICKING INVOLVED.

Find Lady Stephanie and she'll tell you to "borrow" some armor. She'll also give you money to bribe the guard. You can use this money to buy a lockpick and steal some armor OR... you can head up to the tower opposite the armoury and wait for someone to go inside the locked door. When the door opens just walk in with them and go up the ladder. There's an open chest with the armor you need. Put the armor on, grab your horse (DON'T steal a horse as you will get caught), and head for the gate to get past the guard.
