Here is a small experiment to compare two recipes for a simple Iced Latte - 16oz cups. Just for fun! Also for those wanting to know the difference between using milk+sugar VS my milk syrup 💛

Which is better? You judge. FOR SURE, myhome recipe will be a lot cheaper!

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 100% sweetness level)
2 cans Condensed Milk (approximately 300g/can)
1 can Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 50% sweetness level)
1 can Condensed Milk (approximately 300g)
1 can Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 25% sweetness level)
1 can Condensed Milk (approximately 300g/can)
2 cans Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 0% sweetness level)
Use only fresh milk - amount as per recipe
