The Born This Way Foundation (BTWF) announced that the Born Brave Bus headed back on the road to embark on a four-city tour beginning March 16th in Philadelphia and making stops in Washington, DC, New York City and Chicago. The bus tour, which had been postponed in February following the cancellation of Lady Gaga's Born This Way Ball tour due to an extensive injury, is an effort by the Born This Way Foundation to inspire bravery and promote self-acceptance among young people. Covered in artwork created by real Gaga fans, the bus and surrounding experience provides youth with an interactive way to meet like-minded peers, and to connect with local resources in their communities including behavioral and mental health services, school psychologists, mentoring, volunteer opportunities and bullying and suicide prevention resources. While counseling will not be provided on site, youth will be directed to local professionals who can provide services to them on an individual basis.
