1. Write your birth goal
-What is your end goal?
-Keeping your end goal in mind drives every decision that is important to you.
2. Name your birth coach
3. Write your birth plan
-Ask yourself 2 Questions: Will this thing help or hinder my end goal? Is this thing important enough to push through resistance?
4. Talk about your birth plan
5. Practice your birth plan
