In this video I made 2 light and refreshing salads, First with steamed chicken, crispy fruits and vegetables and a zesty dressing.
Second,Beetroot and beans salad is combination of earthy beetroot with protein packed beans and spicy pepperoni.
Both salads are Ideal for those who are looking for a healthy, nutritious and delicious meal.

Chicken, Apple and Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
Steamed chicken (chunks.). 1-1½ cups
Cucumber (cut into sticks.). 1/2 cup
Macaroni ( Boiled ). 3/4 cup
Apple (cut into slices). 1
Cabbage ( cut into small cubes). 1/2 cup
Green Olives ( cut into slices). 1/4 cup
A few fresh basil leaves

Dressing.
Oil. 2 Tbsp
Black pepper. 1/2 tsp
Sugar. 1 tsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Vinegar. 1- ½ tbsp
Thyme ( dried). 1 tsp
Chilli garlic sauce. 2 Tbsp

Beans, Beetroot and Pepperoni Salad
Ingredients
Red beans ( boiled). 2 cups
Beetroot ( chopped into cubes). 1 cup
Onion ( chopped). 1/2 cup
Pepperoni ( cut into slices). 7-8
Pickled vinegar. 3
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Peperika flakes. 1/2 tsp
Oil. 2 Tbsp
Tomato sauce 3 Tbsp
Mint leaves A few
Green chillies ( chopped ). 2 Tbsp
