CSS Vender Prefix is something that web designers have trouble with, because it can be a time consuming process. Consequently, most uses a css auto prefix tool to put vender prefixes automatically.

I've shown one of those auto prefix tools which is postcss. Postcss is a cmd tool that is installed using npm from node js. The video shows postcss installation and setup on cmd using npm. Then, it shows you how to use postcss on windows.

I think that postcss is not limited to Windows, but rather you can use it on mac, linux, and any other operating system.
