Steelers free agency rumors are hot after the Rams released 9-time NFL All-Pro Bobby Wagner on Thursday. The Steelers showed interest in Wagner during the 2022 offseason, and with there being a glaring team need at the inside linebacker position for the Steelers heading into the 2023 offseason, it makes sense that GM Omar Khan and Head Coach Mike Tomlin could make a push to bring Bobby to Pittsburgh. In other Steelers rumors, a group of Steelers players met in Florida to train together, and Mitchell Trubisky was seen working out with the group. Trubisky’s presence is a potential sign that he plans on staying with the Steelers for the 2023 season, that is unless the team decides to cut him this offseason and save $8 million dollars in cap space. Then in some positive news regarding an AFC North rival, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Ravens and Lamar Jackson remain far apart in contract negotiations, and that the chances of a Lamar Jackson team, likely to an NFC team, have never been higher.
