He has written a letter to the Chief Secretary and the Police Commissioner and ordered an investigation into the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) election promise of giving Rs 2,100 under the Mahila Samman Yojana, the presence of Punjab intelligence officers near the residences of Congress candidates and the alleged movement of cash.
