Danze latino-americane | Three step turn | Impara ballare con Vladlena Aptukova.

Le danze latino-americane sono delle danze di coppia, asolo in duo, piccolo gruppo e il gruppo. Fanno parte dei Balli latini nelle competizioni internazionali. Le danze riconosciute ufficialmente come latino-americane sono cinque: samba, cha cha cha, rumba, paso doble e jive.

Le figure relative a questi balli differiscono da continente a continente e da una nazione all'altra perché diverse sono le tradizioni locali e le abitudini. Di conseguenza sono state prodotte specifiche codificazioni che hanno tecnicamente una loro validità e una loro giustificazione. Il momento unificante è rappresentato dall'adesione di quasi cento paesi - Italia compresa (FIDS) - alla WDSF (World DanceSport Federation) che stabilisce regole e programmi validi per tutti. Per ognuna di esse sono state costruite nel corso degli anni molte decine di figure e ne vengono continuamente inventate di nuove. Ciò è dovuto al fatto che sono molto diffuse e per la loro stessa natura si prestano più di altri balli ad originali interpretazioni personali e fantasia creativa. Attraverso l'insegnamento e la pratica anche spontanea sono state assimilate molto bene dalla cultura europea.

Latin American dances are couple dances, asolo in duo, small group and the group. They are part of the Latin dances in international competitions. The dances officially recognized as Latin American are five: samba, cha cha cha, rumba, paso doble and jive.

The figures related to these dances differ from continent to continent and from one nation to another because the local traditions and customs are different. Consequently, specific codifications have been produced which technically have their own validity and justification. The unifying moment is represented by the adhesion of almost one hundred countries - including Italy (FIDS) - to the WDSF (World DanceSport Federation) which establishes rules and programs valid for all. For each of them many dozen figures have been built over the years and new ones are continually being invented. This is due to the fact that they are very widespread and by their very nature they lend themselves more than other dances to original personal interpretations and creative imagination. Through teaching and even spontaneous practice they have been very well assimilated into European culture.
In this video Vladlena Aptukova explains the figure "Three Step Turn", encoded in the technical books, as the latest WDSF book. This figure we can use in all five dances of Latin American dances.
