How Modest Fashion can BOOST Self-Esteem (just hear me out)

Hey guys! Today we are going to talk about the relationship that I’ve noticed between dressing modestly and self esteem. I grew up dressing modest, then moved out and started dressing normal, then went back to dressing modestly. In this time I’ve made a few observations on how each way of dressing has made me feel and how my relationship with my body has been affected. Every person is different, but I wanted to start a conversation about this and find out if anyone has experience with modest fashion and self esteem as well!
