LIST OF BASUNDHARA-2.0 SERVICES
Service Guidelines

1. For any particular service under Mission Basundhara 2.0, if a citizen applies under the category of SC and ST, they need to submit caste certificate. No document is required for citizens applying under general caste category.

2. Additionally, SC/ST/OBC/MOBC can apply with their old caste certificate also but in the process, they will be redirected to Bhumiputra portal for applying for the Bhumiputra certificate

3. Following categories will get additional concession of 25% on the payable premium : - SC, ST, persons with disabilities who do not have regular source of income, widows having no earning members in the family

4. In case any official involved in the process of service delivery asks/ demands any undue favour from the citizens in cash or kind then it must be reported to the Grievance Section of the RTPS Portal or the Helpline No. 1800-345-3574, so that corrective measures can be taken at the earliest
