How to Make the Tiramisu Cocktail Recipe.

There are many versions of this cocktail, but my favorite is this version that was created in 2001 by Adam Ennis while working at Hotel Isola in London, England.

This cocktail utilizes the reverse dry shake method to extra whip the cream and creates a thick rich consistency! It does include an egg yolk, if you cannot eat egg, the cocktail can still be made without it and be very delicious!

Ingredients:

⚈ 1oz (30ml) Cognac or Brandy
⚈ .5oz (15ml) Kahlua
⚈ .5oz (15ml) Creme de Cacao
⚈ 1oz (30ml) Heavy Cream
⚈ 1 Egg Yolk
⚈ 1 Tbsp Marscapone Cheese

Directions:

Add ingredients into Shaker
Add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds
Strain into shaker and remove ice
Dry Shake for 30 more Seconds
Strain into coupe or martini glass
Garnish with Cocoa powder or shaved chocolate
