These stretching exercises will really help you with bloating! These movements should help with bowel movement and hopefully make you do number 2 hehe…I know how frustrating and uncomfortable it can be to not be able to go to the bathroom for 3-4 days! Which is why I created this short 7 min stretching routine, so you can do this every morning as soon as you wake up or at night if you feel too full to go to bed!

Hope you enjoy this routine! I usually do this whenever my digestion is not great, or I feel super bloated and constipated. It really helps!
