Hecate - Eve Online PvE Ship Fitting Guide

The ultimate small hybrid turret platform, the Hecate features bonuses to damage, rate of fire, and tracking speed. Its strong armour resistances and reduced armour repairer duration in Defense mode make it an armour-tanking powerhouse.

This is the fourth part of a series showcasing the use of tactical destroyers for running high-security combat sites. While the Hecate does have a glaring explosion resist hole, its ability to deal high DPS while tanking large amounts of incoming damage make it a reasonable choice against all pirate factions -- even the Angel Cartel. It only struggles against the most difficult combat sites such as the Angel Cartel Occupied Mining Colony and Angel Vigil. This video reviews the fitting options, then highlights several PvE fits, including one capable of tanking the Angel Cartel.
