In this video we will see how to make badhusha at home in tamil. Badhusha recipe is quite easy to make but many of us might think that the recipe is complicated but there are only a few tricks to follow which will will result in a perfect badhusha at home. For badhusha to soak in the sugar syrup the dough has to be flaky if we make a very smooth dough the badhusha will have a smooth surface and will look nice but will not have the cracks and ridges which are essential for absorbing the sugar syrup. I have added some cardamom powder to the sugar syrup is added to prevent the sugar from forming crystals when cooled.
