Oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon (dalchini) - 1 inch
Elaichi (cardamom) - 2
Lavang - 3-4
Bay leaf - 2
Cumin (jeera) - 1/2 tsp
Potato - 1 small
Carrot - 1 small
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Sama rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup
Sendha namak (rick salt) as per the taste
Pinch of saffron (kesar)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -2 tbsp, finely chopped
Roasted nuts for garnishing
