They complete their schedule in Qatar with a match against Morocco on Thursday. But with the team already eliminated from the World Cup, it is Canada's last game that continues to pique the interest.

Prior to the fixture, Canada coach John Herdman had said something that showed Croatia scant respect. The Europeans were not impressed.

Herdman said he didn't shake hands with Zlako Dalić after the game because the opposing coach had run down the sideline to celebrate with his players.

He said they exchanged a handshake pre-game.
