Hi Sellers! Wondering how long it will take to sell your home? Well, it all depends on the climate of the market! In a Seller's Market, where there are more Buyers than houses available - it should sell pretty fast! In a Buyer's market, where there are more houses available than Buyers who want to buy them - it might sit on the market for awhile. In real estate we use absorption rate to measure the supply and demand. Absorption rate is figured out by taking the average house sales/month and dividing that by the total number of available homes. Watch for more details!
