Trooper's Narrative:

On February 1, 2023, at approximately 6:59 A.M., I was traveling northbound on Interstate 540 near the 11-mile marker when I
observed a Green Honda Accord ahead of me. I searched the Arkansas license plate number 230ZPH through ACIC and it
returned to a maroon 2012 Chevrolet Cruze with a suspended registration.

At the 9-mile marker, I waited on the exit ramp for the vehicle to pass by me and once it did I notified Troop H Communications
of the license plate and the Operator advised that the registration was indeed suspended. I advised that I was going to initiate a
traffic stop near Rogers Avenue due to the shoulders of the Interstate still being iced over in some areas.

The suspect vehicle merged onto the exit ramp at the 8-mile marker northbound (Rogers Avenue) and I initiated my emergency
lights. The suspect vehicle turned westbound on Rogers Avenue and turned northbound on Burnham Road.

At approximately 7:02 A.M., the suspect vehicle picked up speed, and I notified Troop H Communications that I was pursuing
the suspect vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was traveling at speeds of approximately 70-75 miles per hour northbound on Burnham Rd. The road
conditions were dry and traffic conditions were light in this area. The suspect vehicle turned west (left) onto Free Ferry Road
and picked up speed. The suspect vehicle continued west on Free Ferry crossing Waldron Road and continued across Albert
Pike Avenue, while not stopping at the stop sign.
The suspect vehicle continued on Free Ferry Road and turned right (west) on Rogers Avenue. The suspect vehicle then turned
north (right) onto Sweet Avenue, west (left) on Barry Avenue and ramped across Lecta Avenue at the intersection, and turned
north (right) onto May Avenue.
The suspect vehicle continued through multiple intersections and turned east (right) onto Kinkead Avenue. Ice patches were on
the roadway on Kinkead Avenue and the suspect turned left (north) onto N 32nd Street and continued north across Grand
Avenue where the suspect ran the stop light.

I terminated the pursuit due to the suspect's disregard for intersections and the worsening road conditions.
