This delicious dish is very popular and for this reason it is sold in street stalls along with falafel. The origin of this food is Khorasani. It was brought to India by Khorasani merchants in the early 13th century and with a slight change in its recipe. The long story of Sambose reaches Egypt. And this dish is considered one of the most famous dishes of South Asian countries.
