How to Fix Microphone & Sound Not Working on PS5 Playing COD Black Ops 6 (Headset Tutorial)

If your microphone and sound aren’t working on your PS5 while playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check PS5 Audio Settings
Go to Settings - Sound - Microphone.

Make sure Input Device is set to your headset or microphone.
Adjust the Microphone Level to ensure it’s picking up sound.

2. Check In-Game Audio Settings
In the main menu of Black Ops 6, go to Options - Audio Settings.
Confirm that Voice Chat is enabled and that Voice Chat Volume is turned up.

Ensure that Mute Everyone Except Party or Mute All Except Friends isn’t activated, as these can block other players’ audio or mute your own mic unintentionally.

3. Adjust Controller Microphone Settings
