About 4 months after I quit drinking, I started to wonder if MAYBE I had made too big of a deal out of my relationship with alcohol.

So i decided to conduct a little experiment of my own. One night, I filmed myself getting drunk. I was all alone, with no external stimulation. It was just me, and the bottle.

The results of that video were absolutely astonishing to me.

I wasn't having fun, I definitely wasn't funnier. I could see clearly that alcohol just made me a dulled down version of myself, and it wasn't serving me in any way.
