Now You See Me is a 2013 American heist film directed by Louis Leterrier and written by Ed Solomon, Boaz Yakin, and Edward Ricourt, based on a story by Yakin and Ricourt. It is the first installment in the Now You See Me franchise and features an ensemble cast including Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Mélanie Laurent, Isla Fisher, Common, Dave Franco, Michael Caine, and Morgan Freeman. The narrative centers on an FBI agent and an Interpol detective who investigate a team of illusionists who commit robberies during their performances and redistribute the stolen funds to their audiences.
