The speed, sound, and colors (as well as other flaws found on the Blu-ray and DVD sets of the show) have been corrected for this "Trans-Lux Edition" fan edit of "Speed Racer." I have also recreated the look of the original Trans-Lux release, restoring the opening and closing credits of the show, by adding the Trans-Lux logo, so it will more closely resemble "Speed Racer," the way those of us who watched the show during its original run, will remember. You may also find some new, never before shown clips in several of these "Trans-Lux edition" episodes, since I have also added scenes which appeared in the Japanese version of the show ("Mach Go Go Go") but which were never included in "Speed Racer."
