Wood Soup ASMR:
I make calming wood and water triggers to help you rest and relax, or focus and get through your workday by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to trigger intense ASMR tingles by allowing the unique characteristics of the wood and bead sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean and minimally produced as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain, thunder, fire may be added for a layered option.

What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is the positive psychological and physical sensations you feel from certain triggers. Triggers can be things like light touch, hair brushing, watching someone create art, listening to someone whisper, or crinkling or tapping sounds. There are a great number of benefits to ASMR, such as helping PTSD & anxiety, easing insomnia & depression, and promoting feelings of general well-being & positivity.
