Have you ever wondered, if you could just control your laptop from anywhere ?
I am sure we all had that thought once in our life. There are some apps that do work great but ask for subscriptions, use Bluetooth, consume a lot of RAM and not work over long distances, hence taking extra cost and not very efficient over long distances .

So, To overcome all those problems FIRE DMS is created, its a new application that can be used to control Linux based operating system, here I am using Red Hat Linux. I can send any command using my app from anywhere in the world as long as I am connected to internet. This app takes the command from user and displays the output in the app itself, Interesting! It has been made in such a way so it can also store the input (user command) as well as output on cloud database that is firebase, its backed by Google and its free.

Working of FIRE DMS:
This app works in 3 steps they are as follows:

-Taking user input and sending it to target device / host (In this case Red Hat Linux on my pc)
-Executing the commands / user input using python, obtaining the output and sending it back to client.
-Displaying the output on client device and saving both input and output on firebase.

Prerequisite / knowledge required:
-Python 3
-Dart
-Flutter
-RHEL 8
-Firebase
-Web API's

Steps of creating FIRE DMS:
-Create a Flutter app.
-Create a Firebase account and the firestore collection.
-Link the firestore to your flutter app.
-Add HTTP dependency to your app.
-Install RHEL 8 on your pc.
-Setup Python and Apache server on it.
-Setup CGI in Apache server.
-Write a Python script to execute Linux commands.
-Host this script on Apache server in executable mode.
-Write the code in Flutter app to send input and get output as well as store it on firestore.
