Starting with the exterior, measuring 45 feet long with a beam of 14 feet, this Sundancer offers a pewter hull, fiberglass hardtop and gorgeous hull windows, much larger than the windows on similar models.

Pushing this 23,000 pound sport yacht are the optional twin Cummins diesel v-drives sporting 478 horsepower each, an increase from 370 horsepower offered by the standard 8.1 litre MerCruiser gasoline inboards.

Between the fuel efficent diesel engines, the generator (which is muffled by a sound shield) and a fuel capacity of over 1200 litres, this Sundancer is perfect for any long excursion.

Once boarding through the transom, you're welcomed by a wetbar with a sink and fridge on the portside and spacious U-shaped seating on your right. Here you'll also find a flatscreen television so you'll never miss any of the PGA Tour, even when you're at the beach. However, if you rather listen to music, the cockpit is wrapped with an 8-speaker stereo system with Sirius satellite radio and a digital cockpit remote control.

Stardard in this year's model, the Sundancer offers a 19,000 BTU zone-controlled reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating system. As an additional option, this Sundancer has cockpit vents ensuring you and your passengers stay warm during those cold evening channel cruises.

At the helm, the captain has a wealth of instruments at their finger tips. Autopilot, engine sync, the Raymarine E-120, and the Smart Craft system are just some of the features you'll find on this watercraft.

Into the cabin, cherry wood steps lead you into a carpeted living area. Here we have the protective liners over the carpets to keep the carpet spotless. The couch in the salon, which transforms into a bed, is wrapped in leather. In front of the couch, a large skylight with a retractable sunshade adds extra natural light to the cabin.

The boat features 4 TVs. Above the kitchen counter, a flatscreen drops down from the ceiling, making it easy to hide when not in use. The two staterooms each have a television, meaning there's a television for all 3 sleeping locations.

In the aft cabin, you'll find a couch that flattens into a bed. You'll also find the first washroom beside this stateroom.

Passing back through the salon towards the master bed, you'll first pass by two doors. This boat conveniently splits the master head into two different rooms. On one side, the toilet and sink and in the other room, the shower. You won't find this in all 440s, as this segregation is an optional feature.

This completes our tour of the 440 Sundancer. If you'd like to view the boat or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at 519-426-6795 or stop by our office at 92 Clubhouse Road, Turkey Point, Ontario.
