ULTRA LOW PREP MEALS FOR WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE COOKING

We get busy sometimes and when mealtimes come around we want things we can prepare easily. Here you'll find some simple, non-boring, real food meal ideas with under two minutes of prep time...perfect for those busy days but nice enough for company too!
Lentil and Rice casserole
1/2 cup regular uncooked rice
3/4 cup brown lentils
3 cups chicken broth
Pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (no salt if the broth has it already)
Combine all the ingredients in an 8x8 pan, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5-6 minutes

Mediterranean Pasta Bowl Cook up some pasta, toss with olive oil and add toppings of your choice such as tomatoes, onion, canned tuna, avocado etc

20 minute Roasted chicken breast and vegetables
Put chicken breasts and vegetables on parchment lined baking sheet
Mix 1/4 cup olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar together and brush over everything. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
