Dr. Janeen Berndt, a Certified Nurse Educator since 2006, brings over a decade of expertise in online nursing education, competency-based learning, and patient simulation to higher education. Her notable achievements include leading undergraduate nursing programs through the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding virtual learning in prelicensure education, improving clinical experiences through high-fidelity simulation, and holding multiple certifications while serving as President of the Psi Upsilon Chapter of Sigma and Chair of the OADN VSR reviewer task force.

Theresa Cooney, MSN, RN
Theresa Cooney is an experienced nurse with 35 years of international experience, specializing in pediatrics, and has transitioned to academia with a focus on nursing education and simulation. At Howard Community College, she teaches a concept-based curriculum, contributes to curriculum development and faculty professional development, and is actively involved with OADN's Virtual Simulation Review team, demonstrating her commitment to advancing nursing education through innovative teaching methods and technology integration.

Teresa Gore, PhD, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, CHSE-A, FSSH, FAAN
Dr. Gore, an expert in healthcare simulation with a PhD in Adult Education and a DNP as a family nurse practitioner, has been recognized as a Fellow of the Society of Simulation in Healthcare Academy and the American Academy of Nursing. Currently an adjunct professor and Content Manager for HealthySimulation.com, she has led the integration of simulation into undergraduate clinical courses, developed an OSCE program for APRN students, and published extensively on simulation and online course development.

Sami Rahman, MSN, RN
Sami Rahman, Director of Simulation and Clinical Labs at Blinn College Health Science Center, is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 40 years of diverse nursing experience and has been instrumental in developing and integrating simulation into the college's curriculum. She has received multiple awards for her teaching excellence, actively contributes to OADN through presentations and committee service, and continues to advance nursing education through her work in simulation and collaboration across various health science programs.

Elizabeth Robison, EdD, MSN, RN, CNE, CHSE-A
Dr. Liz Robison, a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator-Advanced and Certified Nurse Educator, is an independent consultant with extensive experience in simulation and patient safety, having served 22 years in the US Air Force Nurse Corps and nearly 16 years in prelicensure nursing education. Currently co-chair of OADN's Simulation Committee, she has presented on using generative AI in nursing curriculum and worked internationally on incorporating AI into simulation scenarios.

Margaret Verkuyl, NP-PHC, MN
Margaret Verkuyl, a nursing professor at Centennial College in Canada, has been a leader in developing and researching virtual simulations and interactive e-textbooks since 2013, earning numerous prestigious awards for her work. She developed the open-access Virtual Healthcare Experience with over 2 million plays and has been recognized with awards such as the 2020 INACSL "Academic" Leadership Excellence Award and the 2021 Society for Simulation in Healthcare Article of Influence.
