Ingredients:

1 kg Bhajni Flour/atta (preparation of Bhajni flour ,can follow part 1 video)
125 gms. Cooking oil
50 gms. Sesame seeds (til)
1/4 tsp. Hing
1 tbsp. Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp.haldi powder
2 tsp. Salt or as per taste
Water as required
Cooking oil for frying chakli's

Preparation:

Today we are going to prepare Bhajani ke Chakli..

Take a big utensil, add 1 liter water in it.(the proportion of Bhajni flour/atta and water should be same)
Add 2 tsp. Salt or as per taste, 50 gms. Til (Sesame seeds), 1/4 tsp. Hing and 1 tbsp. Red chilli powder. (Can add more). And add 125 gms. Cooking oil. (125 gms. Oil is perfect for 1 kg Bhajni flour/atta). Now mix all the ingredients properly. And cover the lid and keep the water for boiling. As the water boils add less then 1/2 tsp. Haldi and mix. Time to add Bhajni flour/atta, keep the flame on low and keep adding Bhajni atta in it slowly, do not add all flour/atta at a time, add half quantity and mix it well.now add all the remaining flour together slowly and mix it well and stir and cook the flour for 1 min. On a low flame. And switch of the flame and cover the lid and keep it for 12 min.

After 12 min. Transfer this flour/atta in a big plate/paratha and let it cool for some time. As it cools little, we will knead the dough with the help of our hands. If required we can sprinkle very little water .
Let's knead the dough, sprinkle some water and knead the dough until it turns soft. To knead the dough it took 20 min. And our dough is ready. The dough should not be either hard nor very soft. It should be like this semi soft. Our chakle dough is now ready, remove it in a bowl and cover it for a min.
Now let's start preparing the Chakli's with a chakli mould. This is a chakli mould , grease it with some oil. Only one time. Now fill the chakli mould with chakli atta properly and tightly. And cover the chakli mould (saancha). Now it's ready to make chakli's.. Roll the handle of the chakli mould round and round and give a chakli shape. Chakli's can be made prepared big or small as you wish. Now let's prepare all the chakli's and keep it ready for frying. (Friends our chakli quantity is more, you can prepare the half quantity if you wish).

All our chakli's are now ready for deep frying.
Let's heat good amount of cooking oil in Kadhai. Our oil needs to be heated properly. Let's check and it's hot enough for frying chakli. Drop the chakli's in hot oil 1 by 1 carefully. ( don't add to many chakli's at a time as it may break while frying.)
Now keep the flame on medium to high and fry our them until it changes its changes little colour. As its fried the bubbles reduces so turn them and fry on the other side till crispy. As our chakli gets fried the bubbles completely stops, that means our chakli's are properly fried, remove it on a tissue paper.
Same ways fry all the Chakli's on medium to high flame.
