In this video Terry from Jafffa Adventures replaces the oil pump pickup in a 200 Series Toyota Landcruiser. The original pickup is plastic and becomes brittle over time. Should it fail, it can contaminate your engine with plastic bits and block an oil gallery, which could lead to engine failure.
