Hi! Welcome to my channel! Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite things to do in South Florida! Other than Disney, beautiful beaches, shopping, and legendary nightlife, there's a lot South Florida has to offer! In this vlog, we visit the Everglades National Park located just west of Fort Lauderdale. There we have real alligator encounters on an airboat ride, and even get to try eating gator! I caught it on camera, except for almost being attacked by one alligator. But just like the staff at Everglades Holiday Park directed, I kept my hands inside the boat (used the zoom on my camera). The Everglades is a great thing to do in Florida that is also family friendly and something other than the beach. Then we visit a gem in South Florida, only 20 mins from the Everglades Holiday Park-- a family style Korean BBQ restaurant named Gabose that I found a couple years back and remains my favorite Korean restaurant in the area. Yes, there is great Korean food in South Florida! Not just in Miami too! I learned a lot this day, and I loved how untouched the Everglades are. The animals truly rule here. Always remember that we are entering the territory of the animals in the wild. No animals were hurt through the shooting of this video! The Everglades has a diverse ecosystem of various wildlife and is certainly not to be missed when visiting South Florida. We recently moved from NYC so we are discovering new things to do in our new neighborhood each week. I hope you enjoy this vlog and get to visit someday!
