If she's this strong now, imagine Melantha Alter. This is kind of a fun bossfight, even if it's even easier than Jesselton, which is saying something.

Without using fire-crackers, and with only the 3-Stars' bad DPS output, we have to carefully manipulate where the cross-attack hits, so that Operators with opposite polarity to the boss attack the shield. Just know the cross-attack always hits the closest Operator to the boss, and the boss is Light polarity in Phase 1, and Dark in Phase 2 (affected by Firecrackers, though we're not using them).

The 1st shield cast is free - Midnight's placement converts both him and Adnachiel to Dark polarity, so the shield goes down quickly.
For the 2nd shield, Melantha's tile is already Dark, I place Plume and Ansel to take the cross-attacks, and ensure Melantha does not get hit.
For the 3rd, Melantha can end up the same polarity as the boss, depending on how quickly you end Phase 1. So earlier, Lava was placed on the Light tile, which is enough DPS to break the last shield that matters.

After that, you should be able to re-deploy enough Ops to break the shield no matter what, or even kill the boss before it casts a 4th time.
